Your responsibilities:

  • You are involved in the recruitment of motivated students with diverse study backgrounds and maintain close contact with them;
  • Your network, social media, and a proactive attitude are central to recruiting the right students;
  • You are an ambassador of the organization (and our Talent Development Program) and will attend events and networking events for this purpose;
  • You contribute to projects and collaborations that promote the influx of motivated students;
  • You become a specialist in a particular type of student within our target audience with the help of a team consisting of Talent Coordinators and Account Managers. Together, you ensure that this group is well-represented within the Community;
  • If, over time, you feel the need to expand your responsibilities, we are happy to explore growth opportunities together!

Who are you?

  • You have a vast network among your fellow students and enjoy leveraging it.
  • You are not afraid to approach people and establish contacts.
  • You have a commercial mindset and find motivation in working towards goals.
  • You are available for a minimum of 16 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
  • Affinity with HR and/or commercial experience is a plus.
